This kitchen upgrade replaces dated, yellowing cabinetry and worn vinyl flooring with a bright, transitional design. By extending the upper cabinetry line, integrating modern stainless steel appliances, and running matching granite from the countertop up the wall as a full-height backsplash, the space instantly feels larger, ultra-clean, and highly functional.

Scope
- Demolished and disposed of outdated builder-grade cabinets, laminate counters, and sheet vinyl. - Installed modern white shaker-style cabinetry with maximized vertical storage. - Fabricated and installed matching polished granite countertops and a seamless full-height stone backsplash. - Laid durable, water-resistant gray wood-look luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring. - Upgraded to modern stainless steel appliances, including an integrated over-the-range microwave. - Swapped a drop-in sink for an undermount stainless steel basin with a matte black gooseneck faucet.

Highlight
The defining element is the continuous full-height granite backsplash. Carrying the exact same stone from the countertops completely up to the underside of the upper cabinetry eliminates busy grout lines, visually anchors the L-shaped footprint, and creates a high-end look that catches the light beautifully under the newly installed ambient task lighting.
